Article XII when the air-borne disease outbreaks in the region, public places, operators should start prevention of airborne diseases contingency plans in accordance with the requirements of the health administrative departments.

Article XIII when the air-borne disease outbreaks in the region, operators of public places should run weekly air conditioning system in the following equipment or parts for cleaning, disinfection or replaced.

Article XIV air conditioning system in causing or could cause the air-borne disease, public places, the operator shall close the air conditioning system in the area concerned, and in accordance with the requirements of the local disease prevention and control institutions and central air conditioning in public places ventilation system disinfection.
